Job Description:

Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or other quantitative fields
8+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/NLP solutions
Proficiency in Python or Java
Experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:
Design high-performance AI systems using advanced techniques
Create automation solutions to improve efficiency
Research novel analytical enhancement methods
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders
Promote new AI/ML/NLP capabilities
Champion innovative strategies for suspicious activity detection
