Kandi Sai Mouna Reddy, the wife of Adilabad Assembly constituency MLA candidate Kandi Srinivasa Reddy, visited Heti and Doptala villages in Bela mandal as part of her campaign for the Congress party. The villagers warmly welcomed the couple with a traditional Mangala Aarti, a gesture of respect and celebration. During her visit, she took the opportunity to raise awareness about the Congress party's six key guarantees aimed at benefiting the community. These guarantees are designed to improve the lives of citizens, focusing on welfare programs like healthcare, education, housing, and financial aid for the underprivileged.

While addressing the gathered villagers, Kandi Sai Mouna Reddy criticized the current MLA, Jogu Ramanna, for his alleged failure to deliver any tangible benefits to the people of the region over the past 15 years. She claimed that Ramanna had not provided essential welfare schemes such as double-bedroom houses, pensions, ration cards, loans, or scholarships to those in need. According to her, these promises had remained unfulfilled, leading to disappointment among the people. In contrast, she highlighted how the Congress party had historically provided houses, land, and various welfare schemes that had significantly improved the lives of the people in the past.

Kandi Sai Mouna Reddy emphasized that only under a Congress government could true development take place, urging the voters to consider the long-term benefits of electing a party that has consistently prioritized the welfare of its people. She encouraged voters to vote for the Congress and to choose the party's symbol, the hand, to ensure a prosperous future for the region. She also appealed to the community to support her husband, Kandi Srinivasa Reddy, in the upcoming assembly elections on November 30, and to ensure that he won with a large majority.
